I contacted the Insaf Store Gift Card page to purchase a USD 20.00 Apple Gift Card. They asked me to make a payment of BDT 2,500 for the gift card, and I completed the payment as instructed. After receiving the payment, they provided an Apple Gift Card code, but the code appeared to be invalid or fake. I repeatedly contacted them and asked them to provide a valid code or issue a refund. However, they did not provide a working gift card code and eventually stopped responding to my messages. Despite requesting a refund, I have not received my BDT 2,500 back.
