Beauty Mood BD

I recently purchased MAC powder foundation and lipstick from the page Beauty Mood BD after specifically confirming multiple times that the products were authentic/original. I was clearly assured that the items were genuine. However, after receiving the products, I discovered that they were not authentic — they were fake or replica. What was even more concerning was that the delivery was made under a different page/business name, “Pretty Glam,” instead of the original page I ordered from. No proper contact number was provided either. When I contacted the seller regarding the issue and requested clarification, instead of addressing the concern professionally, they only saw my messages and didn’t give any reply or explanation. Then I was blocked. As consumers, we trust sellers to provide honest information about the products they advertise and sell. Misrepresenting replica products as authentic branded items, while operating under different page names without proper contact information, is highly misleading and unethical. I am sharing this experience solely to raise awareness so others can make informed decisions before purchasing from this seller/page. Please be cautious and always verify authenticity before making online purchases. Influencers who promote such pages should also be ashamed of themselves. I have already complained to Bhokta Adhikar (Consumer Rights) and filed a GD against them. Hopefully, I will get justice.
