Assalamu Alaikum. I am a victim of online shopping fraud. On 29 July 2026, I ordered a Guess bag from the Facebook page “Hello Malaysia” and paid BDT 13,700 as advance payment. The seller did not deliver the product. Despite repeated promises, they are not giving any refund. The payment was made from my City Bank account to the seller’s Brac Bank account. I have payment proof, account details, page link, complete chat history, and voice messages. I want to file a formal legal complaint.
