I am writing to report a page named Luxury Step for fraudulent activity. I pre-ordered shoes from them and paid a 500 BDT advance. They promised delivery within 20–25 days, but over 30 days have passed with no updates. They are completely ignoring my messages. Yet they replied instantly when I messaged from my younger brother’s account about another item. It is evident that they are intentionally avoiding me after taking my money.
