NurFlix Shop BD

Yesterday, 11 August around 3 PM, I purchased an Amazon Prime subscription from NurFlix Shop BD and paid through bKash. They sent me an account and password, but the login didn’t work. I informed them immediately. They initially said there was a problem and that they would fix it, so I waited. But after that, they stopped responding. I contacted them several times through both WhatsApp and Facebook and even called them, but got no proper response. I finally asked them to either fix the account or refund my money. They still didn’t respond—and now I have been blocked. I have screenshots of the payment, the credentials they provided, our conversations, and my attempts to contact them. I’m posting this to warn others before purchasing from this page. If there was genuinely a technical issue, that’s understandable—but taking payment, failing to provide the service, and then blocking the customer is not acceptable.
